But before you get too excited, you should know that TikTok Wrapped 2023 didn’t happen.
The good news is that you can use a reliable third-party tool to wrap up your clients’ TikTok stats.
Wrapped for TikTok by Bennett Hollstein is a third-party site where you can upload your clients’ TikTok data and get a summary of their stats—from the total time spent on the app to the number of videos they watched in the past year.
While using a third-party website that can see your clients’ data can be concerning, Wrapped for TikTok promises data privacy for users.

The short answer is, yes.

You need to download your TikTok data first since there’s no option to link the account to the Wrapped for TikTok website.
All TikTok users can request to download their data, including Personal, Business, verified, and unverified users.

It’s best to use a desktop for this since it’s easier to edit JSON files, especially when removing personal details such as your clients’ email addresses and phone numbers before uploading the data.

Open your browser and go to the TikTok website.

Go to Data section under Privacy and select Download your data.
Under Request data, choose the JSON file format and click Request data at the bottom.
TikTok will process the request (which can take a few days).
You’ll get a notification through the app when the file is ready for download.

Remember that the file will only be available for four days for security reasons.
Once the file is ready, go back to the Download data tab and download the file to your local drive.
Wrap for TikTok claims that it won’t upload or store users’ TikTok data.
But it’s best to take extra precautions by removing sensitive information from your client’s TikTok data file via a code editor.
Important note: The Wrapped website is not an official TikTok feature.
You can open your client’s JSON file with their TikTok data in the editor, press Ctrl+F (for Windows) or Command+F (For MacOS), and type Profile.
Go through the results and the Profile Information Segment. Get rid of personal details such as the address and date of birth.
Important note: Only remove the personal information and leave the quotation marks (“”).
Save the changes (Press Ctrl+S or Command+S).
Go to https://wrapped.vantezzen.io/.
Click Select file and upload your client’s TikTok JSON file from your local drive.
After the file loads, click Show me!
You’ll get a slideshow of your client’s stats with background music.

Here’s the tricky part. You need to record your screen to capture the entire thing, but you can share an image containing the summary of your clients’ TikTok stats.
Go to the bottom of the list and select Share Image to download a PNG file that contains your clients’ key TikTok facts and figures.
