Creating Your First Profile Group

Once you’ve first created your account, you’ll be asked a few questions about your brand, client, or project. This is where you create your very first profile group.

So, what are profile groups? These are what represent your brand, client, or project. We organize all our connected social profiles by profile group in order to help categorize our content, generate reports, and delegate team access.

Let’s connect a Facebook page. You’ll notice that you’ll be asked to log in with your personal profile. This is in order to gain access to your Facebook pages. Once you give it access, you’ll find a list of all of the pages and groups that you’re an admin of. Simply click on the one you want to connect and you’re all set.

Adding Instagram Business Accounts

Now let’s add another profile. Let’s add an Instagram business account this time. You’ll notice that you’re redirected to Facebook. In short, the way Meta has set up their integration to Instagram business profiles is that you need to have your Instagram business profile linked to a Facebook page that you’re an admin on. Without this step, you won’t have access to all of the awesome features available to you, such as analytics, direct publishing, and so much more.

So, once you’ve granted access to your Facebook account, you’ll find a list of all your Instagram profiles. Click on the profiles you’d like to connect and you’re ready to go.

Ready to Start Creating Content

Now you can start creating and scheduling your content, helping you save so much time and living stress-free by scheduling your content well in advance.
