The story
A social operation that can't afford to break
More than 5 million teams and 20 million users work in ClickUp, and social is one of the ways new ones find it. The company posts across more than 35 accounts on every major platform every single day. Chris is blunt about the stakes: if the social stack breaks, millions of impressions disappear, pipeline slows and momentum goes with it.

For years the team ran on enterprise platforms, Sprout among them. On paper they covered everything. In practice ClickUp had three tools taped together. Reporting meant exporting CSVs and stitching them together by hand, listening was an expensive add-on, the inbox lived somewhere else, and every new feature came with another invoice. By Chris's count they were paying enterprise prices to use about 20% of the product, and across 35+ accounts that friction added up fast.
